Tea bowl and saucer
Tea bowl, greyish hybrid-paste porcelain, standing on a short cylindrical foot-rim, rounded curving sides; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to one side of the exterior body a landscape with the figure of a Turkish woman seated besides a tent, a floral sprig in purple to the other side of the exterior body, smaller sprigs in purple to the interior of the bowl, a purple band around the exterior lip-rim. Saucer, greyish hybrid-paste porcelain, standing on a short cylindrical foot-rim, curving sides; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the centre of the well a landscape with the seated figure of a Turkish man, a purple band around the rim. A narrow crack to one side of the body.
