Bowl, blue-tinged pearlware, standing on a tapering cylindrical foot-rim, rounded curving sides; transfer-printed in black with to one side of the exterior body a scene showing a male and a female figure seated besides a tree with buildings and trees in the background, to the other side a scene showing two cattle reclining beneath trees, to the interior bottom of the bowl a small scene showing two sheep or goat like animals enclosed within a circular trellis-work border, trellis-work border to the interior lip-rim with a trefoil and dot edge. The foot-rim chipped, the sides of the bowl cracked.
