Performing doll of the ‘Thornton’s Dancing Toy’ type. The doll is handmade. The torso is made in one piece and is predominantly flat. It has carved features and the head is painted pink. The doll is painted in male evening costume. The arms are pivoted at the shoulders, the legs are pivoted at the thighs, knees and ankles. There is a detachable wooden rod attached to the rear edge.
