Upper Palaeolithic flint backed blade
A mid-section fragment of an abruptly-backed point fragment. This is small and therefore difficult to be certain about. It is slightly broader than most microliths, and therefore could plausibly be Final Palaeolithic in date. The piece has a short area of steep, abrupt retouch along one length and the opposite length is unmodified.
