Built 1955 by Caledon Shipbuilding & Engineering Co Ltd., Dundee, for Kelvin Shipping Co (managed by H. Hogarth & Sons), Ardrossan. 1963 – Sold to Ilissus Marine Corp., Liberia, and re named ZITA, registered at Monrovia 1965 – Sold to Taiwan International Line Lte., Taiwan, and re named KUO YANG, registered at Keelung. 1968 – Sold to Hai Sang S.S. Co., Taiwan, and renamed CONVOY PIONEER. 1969 – Sold to Amerworld Navigation Corp., Ltd., Liberia, and renamed AMWORLD, registered at Monrovia. She was sold to Tung Ho Steel Enterprise Co Ltd., Taiwan in 1973, and broken up at Kaohsiung. (ref : - fdca.org.uk/ caledon)(7seasvessels.com)
