Billingsley, William (1758 - 1828)
Cup, very translucent paste with a lustrous glaze standing on a shallow broad foot rim, tub-shaped sides and flaring lip; kidney-shaped handle. Painted with three pink roses, each with a spray of leaves, single broad gilt line to the foot and the lip, `feather ' gilding to the handle.
