Plate, soft-paste porcelain; standing on a tapered foot rim curving into straight spreading sides; lobed lip moulded with c-scrolls and ribbon-tied flowers and foliage; groove moulded cavetto; painted with three flower sprays around the edge and cavetto, between three smaller sprays; blue line with pairs of gilt notches inside the lip; gilt lip ( very worn )
