Cup and saucer, soft-paste 'duck-egg' porcelain, the saucer with foot ring, unmarked well, the cup with pedestal foot, shallow bowl, high curved-back loop handle, saucer and cup moulded with concave Paris flutes, the saucer and cup interior decorated with a broad band of gilding reserved with a chain of overlapping scallop shells, the decorated band set within two bands of gilding, the wells painted in red and gilt with a boars head within a circle of gilt seaweed, the cup with gilt handle, gilt band around foot and rim
