Roman lead spindle whorl
A cast, truncated, bi-conical object. It is somewhat asymmetrical with a large cast-in hole. Both faces have a slightly raised design, on one a five-pointed star is clearly visible, on the other the marking is less certain, but there are four clear triangles and other lines which may make a fifth.
