Vase
Vase, one of a pair, soft-paste porcelain; set on a square plinth; round pedestal base, slender ovoid shape, with a high neck and flared lip; squared shoulder loop handles joined to neck of vase and extending down the sides; painted with a bouquet of garden flowers on each side in polychrome enamels; gilt marbling on the plinth, and gilt handles; a gilt and enamelled scrolling foliate border to the base and shoulder, and an elaborate gilt border of a trellis pattern with swags and pendant vine stems to the lip.
