ss.NOELDALE (2026gt) : Built as the collier EMPIRE DAUGHTER in 1944 by Grangemouth Dockyard Ltd, Falkirk, for MoWT, and managed by Stephenson,Clarke & Associated Companies Ltd., London. 1946 – Sold to Harries Brothers & Co., Swansea, and renamed GLANRHYD. 1948 – Sold to Tavistock Shipping Co., London, and renamed NOELDALE. 1949 – Sold to Henry & McGregor Ltd., Leith, and renamed KINNAIRD HEAD. 1961 – Sold to Gino Gardelle, Genoa, Italy, and renamed BRICK QUINTO. She was broken up at Savona, Italy in 1976. (wikipedia)(mariners-l)
