Mug, earthenware rounded moulded foot-rim, cylindrical sides, plain loop handle with a metal collar around it; transfer-printed in pale underglaze blue with around the exterior sides a willow pattern type print with pagodas, willow trees, islands and two figures crossing a bridge, around the interior lip-rim an elaborate border of moths and scrollwork against lattice-work and scale-pattern grounds.
