Mug
Two-handled mug, buff-coloured earthenware, standing on a rounded spreading foot-rim, high cylindrical sides, to either side of the body twin vertical loop handles modelled possibly to resemble branches and with protruding bulges at the shoulder, the exterior sides of mug decorated with to either side an applied moulded design showing two male figures both carrying bundles, two dogs fighting, and a male figure seated at a table and holding a jug, around the top of the exterior sides is a band of applied moulded flowers and foliage, to the interior bottom of the mug are two frogs moulded in pale clay, a leg of one frog broken off; the mug covered all over with a glossy brown glaze mottled lighter in places, one of the frogs covered with a pale glaze, the other with a mottled brown glaze.
