Cover, pale cream-coloured earthenware with a yellowish tinge to the glaze, round slightly domed form with to the top a finial modelled in the form of a flower head with a further smaller flower head and a feathery leaf, a pierced steam hole to one side; crudely painted in red, green and black enamels with scattered stylized floral sprays, the flower head finial picked out in red and green. The rim and the underside of the cover chipped.
