Roman human tooth
Milk tooth, heavily worn on the biting surface so that dentine is exposed on the cusp tips. There is staining of the enamel both anteriorly and posteriorly, denoting very early decay, and the high degree of root resorption suggests natural loss of the tooth at the age of about 11-12 years. Tartar is present on the cheek surface.
