Bisque head, fixed glass eyes (blue), closed mouth, (blonde) hair wig in two plaits, (black) ribbon bows. Bisque arms, stuffed body and legs (black) buckled shoes. Wearing a (white) cotton blouse, high necked ad front pleated, with (black) lace collar, (black) cotton skirt, (red) trim at hem; (black) velvet stomacher trimmed with beaded design, chains, and metal discs (4). Coarse cotton underskirt. (white) cotton drawers lace trimmed. (Pale blue) silk apron. (black) velvet bonnet trimmed with (black) lace and (black) ribbon. Probably of Bern, Switzerland.
