Seal impression: Paltinate of Durham
Equestrian : the bishop riding to right, with globular breastplate (showing a development in defensive armour) ; his left hand grasping a shield: NEVILLE (as E238); crest: a bull's head emerging from the coroneted mitre and helmet. Horse caparisoned with the same arms , rides over rocky land daisies. Field diapered with flowering plants.
