Teapot, hard-paste porcelain, short foot-rim, globular body, short curving spout with foliate moulding around the base, twisted loop handle with foliate moulding at the terminals, the cover missing; finely painted in polychrome enamels with around the exterior sides scattered sprays and sprigs of flowers, the base of the spout and the terminals of the handle picked out in puce.
