Cast iron double cheese-press. Three vertical posts, supported by 2 semi-circular stands. Metal sinkers depressed by means of a central vertical threaded column and scre-typw handles. Extra pressure exerted on top of the column by a short armed double lever device, operated by weights suspended from chains at the sides.
