Jug
Jug, pale cream-coloured earthenware with a soft greenish-yellow tinge to the glaze, inset base, bulbous body, cylindrical neck, plain beak spout, plain loop handle, the exterior body encrusted with small fragments of clay to give a rough surface; the exterior body crudely painted with a diapered pattern of black lines and yellow spots, the exterior neck covered with a gound of brown slip.
