The event was organised by Cymdeithas yr Iaith (Welsh Language Society) to coincide with the Queen's visit to open a new extension at the National Library of Wales. The programme included poetry readings, and gigs by Bob Delyn a'r Ebillion and Geraint Løvegreen a'r Enw Da.
