Medieval stone spindle whorl
Circular, slightly irregular spindlewhorl with flat upper and lower surfaces which are crudely decorated. Small dent (damage) on edge and approximately one third of bottom surface missing. Bottom surface is decorated with 2 concentric circles of embossed dots. The upper surface decorated with scratches/uneven lines. An un-uniform circle surrounds the central perforation. Along the edge is an irregular zig-zag scratched pattern.
