Jug
Jug, earthenware, standing on a spreading foot-rim, globular body, cylindrical neck, plain beak spout, scrolled loop handle with raised thumb-spur; the exterior of the jug and the interior neck and spout covered with a blue ground against which are reserved around the exterior body transfer-printed of chinoiserie-style garden scenes with figures, fences, seats and flowering plants, around the interior and exterior neck and spout and to the handle borders of flowers and foliage, the prints in-filled with pink and yellow and enamels and pink lustre. The handle broken and repaired.
