Middle Bronze Age pottery vessel
Sherds recovered from posthole [632]. Fabric: GQ2 These are decorated sherds, some of which conjoin, from a large vessel. The surviving curvature suggests it may have a more globular form the other MBA vessels from SMR15. The decoration is comprised of irregularly spaced rounded comb impressions ad there are some raised areas along the edges of a couple of sherds which are suggestive of raised cordons although this is not conclusive.
