Medieval iron tongs
A pair of iron blacksmiths' tongs. Two long, narrow handles connected at an axis/pivot point at the proximal end, very close to the jaws. Both handles are square in profile, flattening and broadening at the distal ends. From the axis point the handles curve to form the head. The bits are flat for gripping.
