Pair of womans clogs, with traditionally shaped sole, with raised heel; upper of brown leather, vamp with pierced decoration, through which fastening strap is slotted; buckle fastening; solid Phillips rubber nailed to heel; Phillips rubber 'clog iron' nailed onto sole. Upper has been made from 3 pieces of leather, machine stitched together and nailed onto sole with separate narrow leather strip; with postcard picture of man's and womans clogs, labelled as supplied to Queen Elizabeth.
