Sugar bowl and cover, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a foot rim, cylindrical shape, sides tapering inward at base, slightly domed cover, fruit (pear) finial and stem; decorated in monochrome puce enamel, on the front with three cows and a goat in a landscape, one cow faces away, another lies down, goat to right, fence to right, house in distance, opposite a small woodland scene detail with rock, grass, bushes and a tree, gilt border to lip, cover decorated with a landscape scene with a goat in a landscape coming over a hill, trees to left, mountains in distance, finial painted puce and gilded, gilt border to rim.
