Early Bronze Age gold lunula (replica)
The original (in the Dublin Museum) is of thin sheet gold, flat, and with terminal square plates placed at right angles; the front being ornamented with rectinlinear decorations make with a chisel and graver.
The plaque is decorated with an inscribed and elaborate design, comprising zig-zag, cross hatching and filled triangular shaped zones.
