Cup and saucer
Cup, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a short cylindrical foot-rim, cylindrical sides tapering inwards towards the foot-rim, very slightly flaring lip-rim, double-curved loop handle; the exterior sides of the cup decorated in puce with a watered silk pattern, a gilt edge to the lip-rim, the handle picked out in gilt and puce. Saucer, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a short cylindrical foot-rim, rounded curving sides; the upperside of the saucer decorated in puce with a watered silk pattern, a gilt edge to the rim.
