Teapot
Teapot and cover, the egg-shaped body has a shallow domed cover with a flower knop, ear-shaped handle with a foliate terminal, curving spout. Decorated with exotic birds in a muted white ground landscape in two reserves against an underglaze blue (bleu lapis) ground with dappled cailloute gilding, across which is a broad green band, lined with gold, white handle and spout, the latter with a flying bird, the cover similarly decorated with two reserves painted with a bird against a lapis et verd ground.
