Cup, coffee and saucer
Coffee cup and saucer, hard-paste porcelain, cup standing on a foot rim, tall sides, curving inwards at base, slightly everted lip, twig handle with foliate terminal; decorated in puce enamel, opposite the handle with a cockerel looking to its left, standing on one leg, within a landscape, two insects either side of handle, green and puce decoration to handle and terminal, gilt line border to lip. Saucer standing on a foot rim, spreading sides; decorated in centre with a cockerel in a landscape, a fence behind, looking left, gilt line border to lip.
