Dillwyn & Co., Cambrian Pottery (1811 - 1817 and 1824 - 1850)
Plate, no footring, creamware, painted in enamels with a bold geometric pattern - terracotta ground, centre reserved with a circle with a black border, encircled by a pattern of four large equally diamonds alternating with ovals; each diamond made up of gradually decreasing outline diamonds of white ground alternating with green; ovals painted orange; ground pattern of smaller radiating reserved ovals painted with black strokes, rest of ground painted with green and black arabesques and strokes, rim enamelled black.
