A rough, unshaped quadrangular pillar which expands slightly from bottom to top. The centre and left side of the case are carved with a roman-letter Latin inscription in two lines reading vertically.

Site Name: St Michael's Church (Penrhos), Penrhos Lligwy
Notes: Original monument first discovered in the churchyard. It is now located inside the church on the S. wall of the chancel.
