Sugar bowl and stand
Sugar bowl, cover and stand, hard-paste porcelain, sugar bowl circular shape, standing on a high foot rim, flared body, two elaborate scroll handles, domed cover with bead finial; decorated in underglaze blue and overglaze gilt, foliate decorated on body, gilt borders to rim and lip, solid gilding to bead and handles. Stand standing on a shallow rim, spreading sides, slightly everted lip; decorated in underglaze blue and overglaze gilt with foliate decoration, gilt border to lip and around sugar bowl well, two underglaze blue concentric lines to underside.
