Multi-coloured print on dark blue synthetic fabric. Cartoon figure of a bucket hat in Welsh colours with yellow arms, green trousers and red & white footwear, holding a blue and white football. Below is a crest bearing the Welsh dragon and the lettering: 'GŴYL CYMRU FESTIVAL' in pink, red and mid-blue. Stainless steel eyelets in upper corners. Single turn-back on all four edges machine stitched using blue thread.
