Salt cellar
Salt cellar, pale buff coloured earthenware, standing on a spreading short pedestalled foot, the body with a rounded bottom, short cylindrical sides and everted rim, the rim very chipped; covered all over with a greyish-white tin glaze which has flaked off in several places, to one side of the body is painted in blue a design of scrolling lines and a stylized flower head.
