Plate, soft-paste porcelain with a creamy translucency; standing on a foot rim curving into straight spreading sides; lobed lip moulded with c-scrolls and ribbon-tied flowers and foliage, groove moulded cavetto; painted in the centre with a large flower bouquet, including white, pink, and deep pink roses, and a yellow and pink tulip; deep underglaze blue border.
