Shell-shaped saucer lamp, of pale red unglazed earthenware, rounded, convex base, rounded, spreading sides, rising quite steeply, the whole forming a deep saucer shape, pinched at one side, forming a narrow mouth and giving the whole a shell-like appearance; the body, unglazed, of pale red with a smooth, sandy appearance, the mouth area scorched black.
