Cup and saucer
Cup, hard-paste porcelain, inset base within a flattened-off foot-rim, cylindrical sides, double-curved scrolled loop handle with foliate moulding to the shoulder; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the front of the exterior body of the cup a rustic landscape with a stream, two walking figures and buildings, the handle picked out in puce. Saucer, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a short cylindrical foot-rim, curving sides; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the centre of the well a rustic landscape with a rabbit crouching among undergrowth by the side of a stream, a brown edge to the rim.
