Red leather pouch sandwiched between two horseshoe shaped panels, japanned in black to the exterior only, with silver plate surround. Both side painted with a shield in gilt, one side inscribed with AA' for Alice Allgood in monogram, the other with
1809'. the outer edges of both panels inscribed with a running Greek pattern.
