comprises three parts: top of cooling unit, bottom of unit, and stand; domed top cover, beneath which is a large circular component with two curved steel pipes and three vertical lengths of steel tubing; round bottom cover with hole in the centre for the pipes to fit through, and numerous small holes in a recess in the base; the two parts held together by two butterfly nuts; stand comprising two rings and three legs; valve on top cover for hose pipe; cooling unit placed on top of stand on full can of milk; hose attached to valve and component inside covers rotates; water flows continuously through the holes in the base of cooling unit over the milk can below
