Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Plate of soft-paste porcelain with creamy-white translucency; standing on a tapering foot rim, with very slightly cushion-moulded spreading sides. Painted with ten pink roses with seaweed (six on the rim, four in the well); also with three sprigs of leaves and seaweed in the well; the rim edged in gilt.
