Teapot
Low round teapot in the Egyptian taste, red stoneware, standing on a shallow footring, lower body moulded with zig-zag pattern, angular handle and short curving spout, sides sprigged in basalt with an Egyptian fret or meander, below a band of mixed hieroglyphs (crocodiles, canopic jars etc) and four larger motifs; fan-moulded cover with basalt crocodile knop handle, and spout similarly sprigged with Epyptian motifs.
