Milk jug
Milk jug, hard-paste porcelain, urn-shaped lower body on short foot, sloping in at the shoulder before flaring out to high wide spout, high loop handle; around the exterior a spotted decoration of miniature floral sprigs in polychrome enamels and gilt featuring roses and pansies, around the mouth and spout a border in gilt of interlacing foliate festoons with a plain gilt band around the rim, further gilt lines around the foot, the handle picked out in gilt.
