Snuffers and tray
Snuffer tray, tin-plate, oblong in form with raised sides and to one side a simple ring handle, to the centre of the tray two raised solid cones on which the snuffers rest, the two snuffers conical in form with ball finials at the top and simple ring handles to one side; the tray and snuffers covered all over with a dark chocolate japan and decorated with lines and an all-over pattern of small stars in silver to which the varnish has given a golden tinge.
