Teapot, biscuit earthenware, standing on a rounded foot-rim, circular body with bulbous sides, inset flanged lip-rim, short curving spout, high square-shouldered loop handle, the cover domed with a cylindrical lower flange, an inset circle to the top of the cover where a finial might be fitted, a pierced hole to the cover; left undecorated and unglazed.
