Election Squib. Rhodd Mam y Lecsiwn. Written on lines of Rhodd Mam in support of the Radicals Henry Richard and Charels Herbert James standing for parliament in Merthyr and Aberdare respectively. Richards became known as one of the foremost nonconformists in the House of Commons and advocated the disestablishement of the church in Wales
