Inkpot, bone china with a white translucency; flattened unglazed base, upturned cockle-shaped form, with a flat top and large circular opening (liner and cover missing), a small shell-shaped penholder applied to the lip; painted with a frieze of flowers inside the lip, and pink and gilt detail to the cockle moulding and penholder.
