Medieval pottery jug
Simple rim, horizontal band of two adjacent and interlocking rows of finger impressed decoration on body with an incised horizontal line running across the upper varying low row of finger-impressions, and a finger impressed band. Base saggy bottomed with no glaze, bearing a horizontal row of thumb impressed decoration around its edge. Hand built. Most fragments are certainly from the same vessel.
