ss. CHULMLEIGH(5) (7311gt) : Built 1945 as EMPIRE NORTHFLEET by William Doxford & Sons Ltd., Sunderland. Completed January 1946, sold to W.J. Tatem & Co., Cardiff, and renamed CHULMLEIGH. 1961 - Sold to Stephens, Sutton Ltd., and renamed RUGELEY. 1964 - Sold to Union Fair Shipping Co., Liberia, and renamed MADURA. She ran aground the same year at Hong Kong during a typhoon. Refloated on 10th July 1964, she was declared a Total Constructive Loss and broken up at Hong Kong in the August.
